Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships regarding the terms and conditions for providing this Service and its use.
2. The operator may establish guidelines, help, etc. ("Individual Provisions") regarding this Service in addition to these Terms, and Individual Provisions constitute part of these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. Users may register an account by the prescribed method.
2. Users shall keep registration information true and up-to-date. Management of login information, etc. shall be the responsibility of the User.

Article 3 (Service Content)

1. This Service provides foreign exchange rate information viewing and chart display functions.
2. This Service is limited to information provision and does not execute financial transactions, provide investment advice, or make investment recommendations.
3. Advertisements may be displayed in the free plan. Paid plans may provide additional features such as ad removal.
4. The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice for reasons such as system maintenance, specification changes, or other reasons.
5. 運営者は、システム保守・仕様変更その他の理由により、事前の予告なくサービスの全部または一部を変更・停止できるものとします。

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts that infringe on the rights or interests of other Users or third parties
3. Acts that place excessive load on servers or networks, or acts aimed at investigating vulnerabilities
4. Acts of unauthorized reproduction, republication, distribution, or modification of data, content, or programs included in this Service
5. Unauthorized access, unauthorized use of accounts, or acts that promote such activities
6. Commercial redistribution or resale of Service data
7. Using automated tools or bots to access the Service in large volumes

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, etc. of foreign exchange information, charts, etc. provided by this Service. Investment decisions should be made at the User's own risk.
2. The operator assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by Users in connection with the use of this Service.
3. The operator is not responsible for delays, interruptions, data loss, etc. caused by external APIs, communication lines, server failures, etc.

Article 6 (Service Suspension and Registration Deletion)

1. The operator may take measures such as service suspension or registration deletion without prior notice if a User violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Article 7 (Paid Services and Billing)

1. The content, fees, and payment methods for paid plans are as separately specified on this Service. Fees are displayed and charged in USD, and the actual billing amount may vary due to currency exchange rates applied by your card company when converted to your local currency.
2. Subscription services can be cancelled at any time from the settings screen. Cancellation applies from the next billing cycle, and no pro-rated refunds are provided.
3. One-time purchase products (such as Ad-Free) cannot be returned or refunded after purchase due to the nature of digital services.
4. Payment processing is temporarily disabled.

Article 8 (Withdrawal and Account Deletion)

1. Users may delete their account and withdraw from this Service at any time from the settings screen.
2. Account deletion will result in the deletion of all user data, which cannot be recovered.
3. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

1. The handling of personal information shall be in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.
2. Users are deemed to have agreed to the Privacy Policy when using this Service.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Intellectual property rights for content, design, programs, etc. included in this Service belong to the operator.
2. Users may use these only within the scope of the purpose of using this Service.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

1. The operator may change these Terms as necessary.
2. The revised Terms shall take effect after posting on this Service or notification by appropriate means.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
2. In the event of disputes regarding this Service, the district court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction court of first instance.
