Basic Usage

Q. Can't I view charts without registration?
A. Yes, ChartLite requires membership registration. However, with just email registration, you can experience Pro-equivalent features for free for 7 business days.
Q. What devices can I use it on?
A. Designed to work on legacy devices such as iPad (iOS 10.3.3-12.5), Android 6th generation tablets (Chrome 60+ recommended). For PCs, modern browsers (Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Safari latest versions) are supported. Especially optimized for always-on display on old iPads.
Q. How do I change the chart timeframe?
A. You can select your preferred timeframe such as 5-minute, 1-hour, daily, etc. from the "Timeframe" selector at the top of the chart screen. Settings are automatically saved.
Q. What timeframes are available?
A. You can use 5-minute, 15-minute, 1-hour, 4-hour, and daily timeframes. Due to our lightweight design for smooth operation on legacy devices, the shortest timeframe is 5-minute.
Q. Can I view multiple currency pairs simultaneously?
A. Yes, with Pro features, you can monitor up to 5 currency pairs simultaneously using the tab function. Switching between tabs is also easy.

About Pro Trial

Q. What is the Pro trial?
A. It's a service that allows new registrants to try Pro features for free for 7 business days. No credit card registration required, and it automatically switches to the free plan after the trial period ends.
Q. What features are available in the Pro trial?
A. You can use the following features:
  • Price alert functionality
  • Multiple currency pair display (tab switching)
  • Ad-free
  • 15-second interval automatic updates
Q. What happens when the trial period ends?
A. After the Pro trial ends, it automatically switches to the free plan and no charges occur. You can use basic features with one currency pair (changeable monthly). To continue using Pro features, please subscribe to a paid plan.

Alerts

Q. How do I set up alert functionality?
A. After logging in, you can create new alerts from the "Alerts" menu. Select currency pair, conditions (price above/below, etc.), and notification settings, then save.
Q. How are alerts notified?
A. Alerts are notified with popup display and audio notification in the browser. Browser notification permission settings are required.
Q. How many alerts can I set?
A. Pro features allow unlimited settings. Free plan cannot set alerts.

Alerts & Billing

Q. What payment methods are available?
A. Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) is available. Securely processed via Paddle.
Q. Are receipts issued?
A. Receipts are issued via email attachment through Paddle after payment completion. We cannot reissue receipts from our service, please understand.
Q. Can I change plans?
A. You can purchase the "Pro" plan as an additional purchase after purchasing the "Ad-Free" plan. If you have purchased the "Pro" plan, there are currently no higher-tier plans available.
Q. Are refunds possible?
A. Due to the nature of digital services, returns and refunds after purchase are not accepted. Subscriptions can be cancelled to stop billing from the next cycle, but no pro-rated refunds are provided.

Technical Issues

Q. Charts are not displaying
A. Please try the following:
  • Update browser to latest version
  • Reload page (F5 key)
  • Clear browser cache
  • Disable ad blocker
Q. Audio is not playing
A. Please check your browser's audio permission settings. Click anywhere on the page and then perform an audio test.
Q. Does it really work on old iPads?
A. Yes, we have confirmed operation on iPad (4th generation) with iOS 10.3.3. However, display may vary due to individual device differences.
